I work with industrial companies inoperational & organizational support for leadersand intargeted operational missionsto help them concretely advance their projects in complex or high-pressure contexts.

Depending on the need, my interventions take two complementary forms:

Regular support for leaders and management teams to clarify priorities, structure operating methods, align strategy and the shop floor, and secure long-term execution.

Short, highly operational interventions to unblock a specific situation, structure a key process, or accelerate the implementation of a strategic decision when the organization no longer has the internal capacity.

My approach is resolutely pragmatic, focused on decisions, concrete actions, and visible results on the ground.

I integrate human dynamics as a full operational parameter (behaviors, resistance, commitment), with a demanding, factual, and supportive stance, to foster teamwork and set the organization in motion.

An engineer by training, I managed industrial sites for 15 years in demanding environments (automotive, aeronautics, technologies), with P&L responsibility and transformation leadership: recovery, restructuring, and hypergrowth.

I now work with the experience of an operational leader accustomed to making decisions, structuring, and driving organizations forward in complex contexts.

Full-time or part-time mission, on-site/remote.

Region: Gironde, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Île-de-France (logistics to be defined).
