As the Omnichannel Platform Director, reporting to the IT Department and as a member of the Executive Committee, I lead a strategic program aimed at bringing digital and physical points of sale closer together (360 agencies). I define the group's omnichannel vision and orchestrate its implementation through a Digital Factory (19 people) bringing together business, operations, and IT. As the E-commerce & E-procurement Manager within the IT Department, I was responsible for the technical steering of the e-commerce platform and contributed to defining roadmaps. I coordinated IT teams and service providers, structured delivery using the Agile/Scrum methodology, and orchestrated releases (up to 14 per year). I also digitalized the ordering process for our strategic clients through an e-procurement system (PunchOut and EDI). The platform generated 20% of revenue, managed a catalog of 60,000 items, and had over 20,000 company accounts for nearly 35,000 users.

As an E-commerce Project Manager, I led the complete redesign of the platform by conducting an analysis of internal processes, gathering business needs, and drafting the specifications. I developed the roadmap, including the UX/UI redesign, the addition of new features, and the integration of a PIM. I managed the design, coordinated stakeholders, and ensured functional and technical acceptance testing until the delivery validation.
