Implementation of the infrastructure for creating a data lake for the "Société Numérique" program of ANCT, which works for the benefit of general interest digital services.

Database Design and Modeling, managed by migrations and integrated into GitLab CI/CD.

Deployment of an Apache Airflow instance to manage the data processing workflow.

Data visualization is done via a Metabase instance.

An API is exposed, using PostgREST.

I decided to create my own company, the goal is to actively participate in the creation and modernization of IT systems for companies, local authorities, and administrations. But also to enable better use of data, whether internal, external, and/or from open data. The value proposition is based on the following pillars:

- data (standardization, valuation, exploitation, documentation, ...),

- databases, mainly PostgreSQL, implementation, administration, migration,

- mapping, design of Geographic Information Systems (QGIS, PostGIS),

- DevOps / DevSecOps, rationalize physical resources, standardize and automate administration, design, and infrastructure deployment tasks. All while favoring free tools and software, as well as open data.
