Son of a computer scientist and systems engineer by training, I have always had a passion for computing. For this reason, as soon as I had the opportunity in my professional life, I trained with keyboard veterans and used these skills to improve my work or that of others. My experience with Romain was very satisfactory. The documentation project we proposed to him was far from easy, yet Romain was able to take charge of the project effectively. It is never easy to trace back a decade of code written by various collaborators, sometimes long gone, and quickly understand its ins and outs! He therefore delivered a guide that will allow all new collaborators and external stakeholders to easily dive into the complex system we have developed. Finally, I would like to highlight his technical knowledge and his autonomy on the project: brief but punctual exchange points were enough for him to establish the complete documentation.
