- Territorial Self Data Project Manager for the La Rochelle agglomeration: this experimental project to support behavioral change in mobility through a mobile application aimed to identify whether knowledge of the carbon impact of one's mobility encouraged citizens to adopt more virtuous mobility behaviors. - Children in the Performing Arts: dematerialization of a work permit application process for minors under 16 in the performing arts and audiovisual sector using the product method. Needs gathering was done through user interviews and open labs involving all identified user types.
