I am a professional coach and trainer, specializing in communication, management, and team dynamics.

I support companies that want to streamline working relationships, clarify roles, reduce tensions, and concretely evolve practices. My approach is pragmatic, structured, and human.

I intervene particularly in situations where communication breaks down, misunderstandings arise, or when teams and managers need to find clearer guidelines to work better together.

I notably rely on the Process Communication Model® to help individuals and teams understand each other better, communicate better, and manage stress situations more effectively. I combine training and individual coaching to promote appropriation and long-term embedding.

Before creating Ominys, I worked for over 13 years in demanding environments, in France and internationally, in management, HR, sales, logistics, training, and service roles. This field experience informs an operational reality-oriented posture, not just theory.
