With over 15 years of experience, I have acquired solid expertise in web programming, enriched by a deep interest in server systems and infrastructures. This journey, focused on a transversal understanding of technologies, naturally led me to DevOps responsibilities, and more recently, to a CTO role, where I was able to exert strategic influence on technical decisions, while overseeing projects from end to end.

My interest in the underlying systems and infrastructures of applications pushed me to broaden my skill set to more technical areas, particularly DevOps, where I was able to implement CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment) processes by integrating tools like GitLab and Docker. As CTO, this dual expertise in development and infrastructure proved essential for smoothly managing projects, ensuring solution scalability, and reducing time-to-market.

With Docker, I designed consistent and reproducible work environments, allowing development teams to reduce discrepancies between development, testing, and production environments. This established increased stability throughout the application lifecycle, thereby optimizing development timelines and strengthening deployment reliability.

In my current role as CTO, I have also taken on the management of technical teams, fostering an agile and collaborative environment. I encourage innovation at every stage of the process, ensuring that technological choices align with the company's strategic objectives. By integrating automation solutions and iterative development methods, I have enabled a significant reduction in production times, while increasing the quality and security of deliverables.
