Co-founder of Warren Walter, I developed an approach at the intersection of go-to-market, product innovation, and digital transformation: understanding real needs on the ground, framing use cases, aligning stakeholders, rapidly testing solutions, and creating the conditions for their adoption.

Notably, I created PimpMyApp, an innovation program with societal impact that has explored over 120 projects with partners such as France Travail, Orange, RATP, and several public or associative actors. Beyond the projects launched, the program has helped over 650 people find employment in the digital sector, through dedicated editions for refugees, people with disabilities, women, and various regions such as Paris, Le Mans, Tours, or La Réunion.
