The CTO's activities range from defining needs to implementing architecture and development teams. More broadly, I support the project leader on the entire technical aspect by concretely answering the questions they have and advising them on the strategy to implement. I make sure to take into account financial resources and external constraints to propose the most efficient solution. Whether from a recruitment, subcontracting, hosting, or hardware perspective...

Based on my experience as CTO and founder of Wild Code School, I am particularly relevant for young projects where everything needs to be done. Thus, I enjoy starting from scratch to bring the project to a level of maturity that gives it legitimacy in its market. Wild Code School reached a turnover of €10 million in 6 years with 100 employees and 28 campuses. This is what I intend to do with the project leaders I will support as CTO as a Service.

In addition, I feel very concerned about the company's strategy and I like to have a global vision of the project (needs, market, finances) but I can still code. I attach great importance to the sustainability of the code written and I train teams to produce efficient and durable code that will give the project the ability to evolve and adapt to future technological advancements.
