The profile picture was for the "badass" side, but in reality, I'm a sweetheart and I enjoy sincere exchanges on as many topics as there are people, because it allows us to open ourselves to new knowledge.

Beyond this "cute" side, I've been a Tech Recruiter (Development, Project Management, Data) for a little over 3 years, almost entirely as a Freelancer. I've had the opportunity to collaborate with numerous clients, including end-clients, IT service companies, and Start-ups.

I know how to adapt to all types of environments and am able to fully invest myself, whether it's in the success of a high-value recruitment or a multitude of positions simultaneously (well, I'm not a robot either).

Sourcing-focused service for the recruitment of a Front/Middle Web/Mobile Developer (M/F) and a Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence Researcher (M/F):
- Briefing and support in defining target profiles to hunt.
- Definition of the sourcing strategy and proposal of test profiles.
- Direct approach to target candidates, contact, and pre-qualification.
- Drafting and sending a report to Quantiq.
- Candidate follow-up during the recruitment process.

My Sourcing service includes all sourcing-related phases. The contract did not include in-depth interviews, closing support, or onboarding.
