🤝 IS Prevention Project 01/2023 – 04/2024 (16 months)

CNAM tasked me with creating a sustainable and secure solution allowing millions of French citizens to access a prevention program for certain types of cancer. I thus implemented the Scrum Agile organization within a brand-new team of service providers, which successfully delivered this strategic project on time.

This project allowed me to develop my expertise, leading to my PSPO1 and PSM1 certifications. Furthermore, I was highly motivated by the strategic nature of this large-scale prevention campaign, requiring particular attention to the security of health data.

🤝 Sophia Diabetes Project 01/2024 – 04/2024 (4 months)

Following a successful first experience on IS Prevention, CNAM entrusted me with this project to monitor diabetic patients, with the objective of replacing the existing solution before its service interruption in September.

This was carried out under the same conditions as IS Prevention, with the main constraint being the risk of service interruption if this equally strategic project was not delivered on time.

🤝 For several years, Worldline has been providing an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) application solution to various Orange departments.

The mission involved catching up on the obsolescence of the installed product version while simultaneously managing requests for adaptation of existing code due to modifications in Orange's IS.
