Hello!

Currently employed 60% of the time at a telecommunications engineering firm where I am the Director of Innovation and Energy Transition, I would like to position myself with my clients as a part-time Innovation Director, ideally for long-term support with organizations that cannot afford this type of position or the capacity to fill it full-time.

I support companies on the following topics:

• Digital Transition, an area where I have experience that can be transferred beyond telecommunications for 360° support: strategy, tactics, change management, technical and operational assistance up to implementation;

• Energy Transition, both immediately necessary and a logical step following the digital transition: on both a technical and organizational level (particularly regarding partners and market structuring).

Strategy interests me, but operations have been my passion for several years: I am not afraid to get my hands dirty in our sector (construction sites, code, SQL, spreadsheets, or responding to tenders).

My clients are of all sizes, from individual consultants to large corporations.
