Continuous prospecting of hundreds of OEMs using the Pipedrive CRM, presence at trade shows, and growth hacking tools without a dedicated budget.

Securing and managing 22 pilot projects, technically and commercially designed before the MVP launch, ensuring Eco-Adapt's valuation during the sale to Schaeffler.

Contracting and managing 3 client accounts that became recurring after the pilot phases.

Managing the commercial transition following Eco-Adapt's acquisition by the Schaeffler group within its Lifetime Solutions BU in April 2023.

Responsible for sales and development for the European region of custom special electric motors

Management of a portfolio of €800k in revenue, primarily in the heat treatment segment

Prospecting for new clients in marine propulsion and tunnel boring machines

Relationship management of the 30 clients in the portfolio during judicial recovery proceedings from November 2018 to June 2020

Responsible for sales of stainless steel parts assembly and stamping subcontracting

Management of a €6M revenue portfolio

Sales administration and production planning follow-up for this portfolio

Support for 10% organic growth of portfolios

Prospecting and acquisition of new clients, generating an additional 20% revenue over 5 years
