RPA Developer for over 6 years (Ui Path, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere), and DOT NET developer for over 10 years, I am passionate about technology. Not for its technical aspect, but for what it can (and in my opinion, should) bring to our daily lives.

The automation of a business process, when possible, should be a given. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing employees happy again to do their jobs by removing as much of the time-consuming and tedious daily tasks as possible to put them back at the center of the business process.

Mid-2018, Automation Anywhere offered me to be their first IQ Bot engineer in Europe to start implementing document data extraction for their existing clients. I spent a few months building a combination of invoice, delivery order, and packing list data extraction on different types of documents (machine-readable / non-machine-readable PDFs, emails, images...) and various templates at GSK.

After this project, I moved to a Senior Sales Engineer role, where I supervised POCs across Europe, and started building the IQ Bot Sales Engineering team in Europe.

After a year and a half in New Zealand, I returned to Europe and joined the "Smart Automation" team at Aviva France. Initially as an RPA developer on Blue Prism, I quickly moved to a technical lead position where I supervised the creation of a CoE, managed a training program for RPA developers, and built a delivery method from process discovery to maintenance.

The team worked in an Agile environment with two-week sprints, and in 4 sprints (1 month), we managed to build the most complex and most used automation process at the time. A combination of Blue Prism bots, Kofax OCR extraction, and human agents to process over 400 hospital care documents per day.
