Excellent knowledge of operational tools (Jira, Confluence, Odoo, Trello, MS Projects)

DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION / TOOL IMPLEMENTATION (ODOO, NOTION, etc.)

- Assistance with implementation and first use of tools, team training

- Assistance with customization of studio fields in Odoo + use and optimization of CRM, Contacts, HR, Sales, Subscriptions apps.

- Assistance with database creation, process mapping in Notion

- Creation or improvement of wikis / knowledge bases in Notion or Confluence
