I design and develop custom business software, with agentic AI at the core of the architecture. Structured software (Domain-Driven Design, event-driven, CQRS), tested, maintained.

My preferred domain: complex businesses (finance, investment, e-commerce, logistics, specialized platforms). The approach also applies to any ambitious product: SaaS, internal tool, marketplace.

My method

I immerse myself in the business, department by department: how each works, what data it produces and consumes, where the friction points are. I build use cases with the experts. I then lay the foundations: a unified data model, a single source of truth, clear data ownership, formalized workflows and processes. On these foundations, I design the architecture (opinionated, strict conventions) and drive its agentic implementation. Speed comes from the rigor of the framework: on an opinionated architecture and structured specifications, AI executes the implementation with rare precision, compliant code, and controlled technical debt.

In practice: fractional CTO and architect for several companies (impact investment funds, cross-border e-commerce, specialized platforms). Details in my experience below.
