Rolf Funk

During my time as Head of Sales and Business Development, my focus was on increasing market penetration of existing businesses and entering new business areas, building a Key Account Management system, and establishing a new market development strategy from a commodity to a full-service provider. As Head of Product Management, I was responsible for the global product portfolio in the value stream and for the introduction and implementation of a new platform strategy. This led to a significant reduction in product variants and the consistent implementation of an order-to-cash process. In addition, I was responsible for various projects, from developing growth regions and creating a database to introducing a new market presence. I now offer my expertise to start-ups and companies of various sizes.
