• • Gained extensive experience for European region by working on very renowned clients such as Heidelberg Druckmaschinen, Henkel, BCS Automotive GmbH.

• • Main focus on implementation of services for CUBE - Cisco Unified Border Element, CUCM, CVP.

• • Worked extensively on configuration & deployment of major Cisco products like CUBE - ISR 43xx/ISR44xx series, Call Managers - CUCM v12 & v12.5, Voicemail solutions - CUC, ISDN voice gatewys - ISR series, Cisco IP phones - 79xx/88xx/99xx series, SIP service provider side integration for various customer requirements and scaling.

• • Successfully migrated 30+ European branch offices for a client from their old PBX environment to new Cisco UC infrastructure totalling up to around 20000+ users.

• • Responsible for building teams in Germany - Kerpen + Stuttgart which are 2 of Unity Media footprint sites & offshore team management.

• • Main focus on conducting Technical Workshops, initial customer engagement activities, designing customer requirements and leading test certification activities.
