Responsibilities:

Design and develop comprehensive test plans, cases, and procedures based on project requirements.

Execute tests and analyze results to identify defects or issues.

Perform machine testing, software and hardware debugging, and troubleshooting.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate project requirements into testing.

Acquire and analyze data from various sources and systems.

Generate detailed reports documenting test results, observations, and recommendations.

Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to apply cutting-edge testing practices.

Lead the organization of the Technical Department's efforts, ensuring compliance with regulations, development and improvement of documentation for photovoltaic, aerothermal systems, and electric vehicle charger projects, as well as communication with official administration. Coordinate the reception and transmission of training provided by suppliers and transfer key technical knowledge to the commercial and installation departments.
