Founder & CEO of Vitruva, a technology startup based in Dakar and operating across the West African sub-region. I also serve as CEO & CTO at the ESN, specializing in digital product design, technology strategy, user experience, and web analytics.

I support public and private organizations in structuring their digital vision, strategic management of their technological initiatives, and production of high-value-added solutions. My expertise covers technical and creative direction, communication strategy development, brand building, and graphic design aligned with business objectives.

At the intersection of strategic leadership, engineering, and creation, I develop high-performing, sustainable, and impact-oriented digital ecosystems adapted to the transformation challenges in West Africa.

Full Stack Web Developer & Community Manager at the Presidency of the Republic of Senegal (2012–2014), I contributed to strategic national digital projects with high visibility in a demanding institutional context.

I managed the design and development of the Presidency's official website and that of the Consultative Group, and participated in the development of the Senegal Emerging Plan (PSE) monitoring platform. My involvement covered the entire product cycle: user journey design, wireframes, prototypes, and definition of UI guidelines, in close collaboration with technical teams.

Concurrently, I managed official social media channels and actively contributed to internal digital transformation, enhancing the coherence, performance, and modernization of institutional digital systems.

Digital Project Manager & UX/UI Designer at ADIE (2014–2015), I managed institutional digital projects end-to-end, from strategic scoping to operational deployment.

My role involved analyzing business and user needs (interviews, workshops, personas, journeys), designing the user experience (wireframes, user flows, prototypes), and creating interfaces and design systems compliant with institutional standards. I oversaw development in close collaboration with technical teams (developers, integrators, QA), ensuring coherence, performance, and functional quality.

Involved in harmonizing government websites and developing web and mobile applications, I also focused on continuous platform optimization (accessibility, mobile-first, SEO UX, performance) and structuring UX practices within public digital projects.
