Rodolfo has been assigned throughout this time to eLab Santander Technology, in various areas such as risk, channels, and LFE. The client's technical environment is based on a Front architecture with microfrontends, featuring a proprietary Architecture SW component called Darwin. An architecture that he has had to become familiar with to perform his work. The main basis of his work has been: * Analysis of functional requirements and user stories derived from them, supported by meetings to clarify ambiguous points. * Development of requirements, from their inception, development, unit testing, to the testing phase, carrying out the latter with the client, actively participating in necessary meetings. * Resolution of incidents that may have arisen in the UAT or PRO environments. Rodolfo's involvement in assigned tasks and his commitment/effort to meet deadlines should be highlighted. Given the project's organization, he participates daily in meetings, where he presents his work or doubts. It should also be noted that he is capable of creating a good working atmosphere, always acting with calmness and kindness, relying on the team when required. He should continue working with the same quality and enthusiasm, demonstrating commitment to the project, as well as continue developing his technical skills in the client's architecture. On the other hand, he needs to try to have a more global vision of all the project requirements, although this aspect is complicated by his participation in several projects simultaneously, something we value very positively.
