Rodolfo has been assigned to eLab Santander Technology throughout this time, in various areas such as risks, channels, and LFE. The client's technical environment is based on a Front architecture with microfrontends, with a proprietary Architecture SW component called Darwin. An architecture that he had to learn to be able to perform his work. The main basis of his work has been: * Analysis of functional requirements and user stories based on them, supported by meetings to clarify doubtful points. * Development of requirements, from their inception, development, unit tests, to the testing phase, performing the latter with the client, actively participating in necessary meetings. * Resolution of incidents that may have arisen in the UAT or PRO environments. Rodolfo's involvement in the tasks assigned and his commitment/effort to meet the planned deadlines should be highlighted. Given the project's organization, he participates daily in meetings, where he presents his work or doubts. It should also be noted that he is capable of creating a good work environment, always acting with calmness and kindness, supporting the team when required. He should continue working with the same quality and enthusiasm and demonstrating commitment to the project, as well as continuing to develop his technical skills in the client's architecture. On the other hand, he needs to try to have a more global vision of all the project requirements, although this aspect is complicated by his participation in several projects simultaneously, something we value very positively.
