• Project: Development of an electromedical device compliant with standard 60601-1, designed to reduce hip fractures in the elderly. Embedded device with AI-powered motion recognition, a modem for secure transmission of movement and fall data, and an airbag deployment system with pyrotechnics in case of a fall.

• Tasks: Development of specifications for the embedded system, the application, and the e-commerce website. Design of the data architecture and product initialization process (from the production line to product reception by the customer). Proactive in suggesting improvements to product features and UX. Electronic design and prototyping (schematic, motherboard routing, manufacturing). Design and prototyping of the physical enclosure (custom 3D enclosure to integrate the previously designed PCB). Development, risk analysis, testing, and certifications (EMC standard, 60601-1 standard for embedded systems). Monitoring EMC tests with service providers (EMITECH) and safety tests (THALES). Development of several machines for our production line (automation of test benches, motherboard testers, process automation, etc.). Design and prototyping of the physical enclosure (custom 3D enclosure to integrate the previously designed PCB). Development, testing, and certification (CE marking documentation, risk assessment). Design, styling, and manufacturing of a steel support with external partners (Technical pre-study and production cost reduction, creation of design sketches, and liaison with local external partners for industrialization).
