Observation of artisanal know-how: Immersion in the heart of the laboratory to understand the stages of making fine pastries, chocolates, and house specialties.

Discovery of brigade organization: Observation of the work pace in the laboratory, stock management, strict adherence to hygiene rules (HACCP) and the cold chain.

Occasional help and shop life: Participation in window dressing, chocolate packaging, and observation of sales and customer advisory techniques in the store.

Sales and customer relations: Warm welcome to customers, order taking, product advice, checkout and autonomous cash register management.

Production and snacking: Daily and rigorous preparation of the sandwich and salad range (adherence to recipes, ingredient stock management).

Baking and glazing: Preparation, baking, and presentation of pastries for store restocking.

Merchandising and hygiene: Attractive display setup, sales area maintenance, and strict application of food hygiene standards (HACCP).
