Result: Loss of clarity, missing data for accounting and customer service, low team adoption. Objective: Transform HubSpot into a truly reliable and usable commercial and marketing steering tool for daily use. Intervention: * Comprehensive audit of pipelines (sales & renewals) * Massive cleaning of the database (150,000 contacts, 18,000 companies) * Reduction of active leads from 30,000 to 400 for realistic follow-up * Verification and harmonization of CRM properties * Implementation of data hygiene and governance rules * Simplification of workflows to make them flexible and actually used * Redesign of performance-oriented dashboards * Training and realignment of sales & marketing teams. A franchise candidate CRM was needed for network development, and HubSpot for local commercial performance. Objective: Create two centralized CRM systems capable of: * Steering franchise candidate acquisition * Capturing and distributing leads to franchisees * Centralizing national and international data * Providing clear visibility to headquarters. Intervention: * HubSpot implementation and management * Implementation and management of the franchise candidate CRM * Structuring inbound marketing & inbound recruiting * Multi-pipeline deployment (sales + franchise recruitment) * Specific CMS / HubL development * Centralization of data from third-party tools * Implementation of national & local reporting * Coordination between headquarters and franchisees * Training & support for field teams. Results: * Better visibility on prospect & candidate journeys * Data centralization at the national level * Improved tracking of local leads by franchisees * CRM became a strategic tool for the network's head office.
