Mc MA Solutions is a startup in the field of energy management for large accounts (public or private).

Recruited as a Java developer, I had the opportunity to become technical manager after one year with client interface responsibilities, allowing me to evolve very quickly. My areas of expertise were thus greatly expanded, allowing me to code, architect the redesign of our web application, test new technologies, manage client relations in terms of IT and business development, manage a team, do project management, implement a DevOps layer via Jenkins, participate in the writing of RFPs, present our tools to prospects, and take part in trade shows.

Accompanied by high-performing, rigorous, and hardworking colleagues, as well as an equally qualitative management team, we are winning more and more contracts against competitors with 5 to 10 times our workforce.

Our software, available in SaaS mode, uses cutting-edge technologies, and we strive to constantly listen to new technologies that can improve user experience, maintainability, application performance, and emerging functionalities.

Embedded within the TMA department of the Ministry of the Interior at CapGemini, I had the opportunity to work with true tech enthusiasts. Comprising 5 people for 3 projects of the Ministry of the Interior, Geremi (Gendarmerie and Army Competitions), @CTES (Dematerialized Legality Control - project on which I was positioned), I was able to, first, confirm the skills acquired in Java and discover agile methodology, particularly DSTUM (Daily Stand Up Meeting). After two months, the project manager gave me the opportunity to take the lead on the @CTES project and thus gain experience.

Creation of an internal tool to optimize test bench maintenance in complete autonomy.

During this internship, in addition to technical skills, it allowed me to develop the rigor required in this sector (documentation, daily reports, security) as well as optimal standards.
