Odoo 18 connected as a source, models audited via Odoo API and fields_get, star schema modeling (dimensions + facts). Business definitions documented. ~60% of the project effort.Layer 2 - Custom HTML Dashboard directly connected to BigQuery, written with an AI agent. No licensed BI tools, no design limitations, each indicator calibrated to Cobra's purchasing needs.Layer 3 - Conversational layer via MCP (Model Context Protocol) + official Google BigQuery MCP server. The purchasing manager asks their question in French, the AI agent queries BigQuery and returns a synthesized answer.Stack: Odoo 18, Odoo API, BigQuery (star schema), Custom HTML Dashboard, MCP, AI Agent.Results: 7 unified indicator blocks, 1 BigQuery warehouse as the single source of truth, 2 query interfaces (custom dashboard + conversational agent), elimination of reliance on manual Odoo exports.
