Creation and management of my SASU Hydracap with the objective of offering my services in project management and mechatronic technical studies, NVH analysis and studies (Acoustics and Vibration), problem-solving (6 sigma) and continuous improvement, as well as system and embedded software testing and validation.

This company does not have a specific growth objective, but only to allow engineers who wish to reclaim their careers and the profession of consulting and service provision to do so under a benevolent legal framework. With the potential ideological objective of founding a conglomerate of independent engineers, directly serving their clients. Wouldn't it be interesting to restore meaning to what it means to be an engineer?

Mission Technical manager for the SIM engine product line and all its variations, technical problem-solving during pre-production/series launch phases for France, India, and China.

Achievements • Analysis, review, design of specifications • GANTT chart, task duration estimation and milestone planning • Functional analysis, FMEA, risk analysis • Function vs. Parameter, Virtual validation • Evaluation of NVH, Thermal, Mechanical, EMC, Electrical aspects • Anticipate and consider quality requirements (monitoring plan), costing (market orientation/customer demand), purchasing (cost evolution and material or supplier availability) • Lead weekly team meetings, participate and present at weekly and monthly department meetings, represent engineering at project milestone meetings • Lead various working groups and problem-solving sessions • Participate in continuous improvement groups • Drafting, planning, and monitoring of validation plans • Adapt tests to project phases (according to Proto, FOT, Pre-series, Series phases) • Monitoring and execution of design, validation, laboratory, and metrology tests (see page C) • Lead problem-solving using DMAIC method, 5-Why analysis, Ishikawa, 8D, Control charts, design of experiments, and statistical analysis, synthetic reporting and presentation • Team, interdepartmental, supplier communication, synthetic reporting • Work and communication in an international context (USA, India, China, Germany)

Objectives • Be responsible for the development and validation/improvement of rotor/stator sub-assemblies for the SIM range electric motors • Participate in or lead interdepartmental problem-solving (industrialization, quality, metrology) concerning these sub-assemblies.
