About Robin

Experienced UX Designer, I have been supporting companies in the design of their digital projects for 10 years. I help my clients to frame their projects and define their UX needs. I conduct user surveys for them, design interfaces, and evaluate them (website, smartphone application, software, etc.).

I pay particular attention to my deliverables so that they are visual, easy, and quick to understand. In design, I enjoy collaborating with my clients on interactive mockups. For my user surveys, I create personas, user journeys, and reports with graphics.

I can intervene at any stage of projects: from the definition of the specifications, during the design phase, or after the product release to identify user issues. The sooner the better to avoid the final product being too far removed from user needs and to prevent corrections from becoming too costly.

My clients describe me as a calm person, pleasant to work with, and a good listener. I adapt easily to my clients' specificities and adjust my intervention accordingly. I am transparent about my work and provide the necessary justifications for all user surveys I prescribe.

I adapt my rates based on my clients' resources to allow all projects to have access to UX support: from pro bono for non-profit organizations to €600 for large companies.

Redesign of a web and mobile online service, used by millions of job seekers each month to receive their benefits.

Problem: User declaration errors lead to incorrect benefit payments → numerous user complaints and calls → significant financial cost and degraded satisfaction.

Action: Research of UX issues (systemic surveys of users and France Travail employees, personas, and usage metrics) – UX and accessibility audits – Design of user journeys and high-fidelity mockups (co-design workshop, mobile first, design system evolution) – User testing.

Result: 18% reduction in calls and complaints – Improvement of accessibility from 68% to 90% (RGAA score) – Achievement of an "exceptional" usability score (SUS* 84/100) – Provided arguments for strategic decision-making (re-internalization of a service, multi-million euro stakes).

*SUS: Standardized usability scale for interfaces. In 2016, the average score was 68/100. A score of 84 is equivalent to an NPS (Net Promoter Score) of 9.5/10.

Evolving a fleet of 5 professional mobile applications for postal workers across France, within an agile team.

Problem: Aging applications hindering productivity – Lack of visual and usability consistency between applications.

Action: Analysis of postal workers' jobs – Reformulation of client requests – Co-design of user journeys, high-fidelity mockups and prototyping – User testing – Renovation of the design system – Definition of 4 graphic identities for each job type (preparation, delivery, service...).

Result: 5-15% time saving on the most repetitive tasks – Deployment of a new application without the need for usability corrections – More accessible and maintainable design system for developers (aligned with Material Design) – A more consistent application fleet (usability and visual).

Mission: Design the interfaces for an autonomous car and integrate a conversational assistant, while minimizing the addition of new controls (which is very expensive).

Action: Gathering client needs and desires → user journey, experience map, personas – Scientific, technological, and competitive intelligence – Wireframe and conversational tree design – Supervision of rolling prototype production – User testing.

Result: Interfaces designed without the need for additional controls – 2 immersive prototypes to aid strategic decision-making (acquisitions, partnerships) and for user testing.
