Salesforce Administrator in training, I am retraining in CRM after several years of experience in management, operational management, and project management in companies. I now support organizations in configuring, optimizing, and structuring their Salesforce environment (Lightning).

I have solid business experience acquired as a manager: team coordination, operational flow organization, priority management, needs analysis, continuous improvement, supplier relations, and performance monitoring. This understanding of the field allows me to propose pragmatic CRM solutions adapted to the real processes of companies.

In parallel with my Salesforce training (Trailhead – Adventurer, 10,000+ points), I am developing a complete CRM project in a sandbox: Orchalya CRM. This project allows me to put into practice the main areas of an Administrator:

– creation of custom objects,

– structuring the data model,

– management of users, roles, and profiles,

– automations via Flow Builder,

– reports and dashboards,

– documentation and process optimization.

I can be involved in:

• Salesforce configuration (Lightning Experience),

• simple automations (record-triggered flows, screen flows),

• data cleaning and import,

• dashboards & reports,

• user support and CRM assistance,

• functional analysis and documentation,

• setting up small CRM environments for VSEs/SMEs.
