As head of our production network with nine plants and 500 employees, I am driving profound change. Through innovative technology and a unified process control system, we have reduced operating costs and significantly increased efficiency, as well as continuously optimizing our processes. With a clear focus on sustainability, we have laid the foundation for climate-neutral production. The continuous expansion of our network strengthens our market position and ensures our long-term success.

I managed two plant areas with approx. 120 employees and optimized production processes and plant efficiency. Through targeted modernizations and process adjustments, I significantly increased production output in the flat tile plant and implemented new manufacturing processes and major investment projects. Standards such as BMI Factory Excellence and ISO 9001ff underpin the high level of processes and quality that we have achieved in production operations.
