Theshortage of labor and skilled workersis significantly lower for sustainably operating companies! As an HR generalist, I work with you on your corporate strengths and weaknesses and create the basis for you to seize opportunities. The measures to be taken contribute to the social pillar (Sustainability: Ecology, Economy, and Social). Additionally, I can accompany you on your path to greater sustainability and enable you to publish your annual sustainability report (e.g., DNK, or GRI, SDG etc.).

My support can be provided in the form of interim management as a freelancer or through temporary employment services with the desired intensity. Participation in an ethics or sustainability council is also conceivable. I have practical experience from over 140 HR projects and 18 sustainability projects in the last 12 years (as of Jan. 2024). As a trained mediator, I master various communication strategies and work in a cooperative style.

My focus areas:Recruitment, temporary employment services, employee retention, personnel development, and HR processes including digitalization. Problem- and implementation-oriented processing of HR-related projects in German-speaking countries.
