Negli ultimi 4 anni ho progettato e sviluppato gestionali completi per aziende che avevano un problema comune: processi operativi gestiti tra WhatsApp, fogli Excel e telefonate.
Ho digitalizzato una flotta di trasporti, un PMS per strutture ricettive con integrazione diretta alla Pubblica Amministrazione, e un sistema di ticketing per centri assistenza tecnica. In tutti i casi il risultato è stato lo stesso — meno caos, più controllo, zero burocrazia manuale.
