As Head of Education, I am responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and further development of training programs that promote both the personal and professional development of our talents. My focus is on creating an inspiring learning culture that fosters individual strengths and supports the sustainable success of the company.

Implementation of innovative training strategies that have increased completion rates and trainee satisfaction. Introduction of digital learning platforms to support hybrid and flexible training approaches.

Overall responsibility for PV projects from acquisition to commissioning. Technical consulting for private and commercial customers, development of customer-specific solutions, and coordination between planning, assembly, and network operators. Independent project management with a focus on quality, deadlines, and customer satisfaction.
