This tool allows you to control whether the deadlines defined in the planning are met, in this way they can better adjust budgets, both upwards and downwards, improving their level of competitiveness.

As a content manager we are using CakePHP, a solution that we have been working with since 2013 and with which we feel very comfortable in projects that require a completely custom development and that cannot be covered with open source solutions (whenever possible we try to use open source solutions with which to reduce delivery times and development costs).

Thanks to the management system, it has 4 user levels:

Each of them has access to different information and panels.

In the case of administrators, they can manage users and cross-reference information with the time control system required since the entry into force of the new regulations in this regard. In this way, the hours worked effectively can be counted and detect which workers are fulfilling their obligations.

In the case of project managers, they can manage the categories of tasks, the tasks themselves, the projects and monitor each of the projects as well as consult past projects to be able to establish comparisons and make decisions in the appropriate direction.

Production managers can carry out a more personalized monitoring of each of the workers, consulting the hours they have spent on each of the tasks and if they have fallen short or have exceeded the hours of a conventional day.

In all three cases, the interface, based on Bootstrap, shows easily understandable information thanks to the use of bar graphs, lines, colors, etc.

It is interesting that a task called incidence has been included through which tasks that had not been taken into account in the planning can be identified, this task can help the client to detect points for improvement such as the need to make changes in the facilities, improvement of material, better training, etc...

This is one of the projects that has most passionate us so far due to the challenge it poses.

The Albacete Centro Open Shopping Center has a multitude of associated establishments located throughout the center of Albacete. To show an image of unity, an app was developed in which you can consult the information of each establishment, its promotions, location of the parking lots, the association.

As something differentiating, a loyalty card was developed with which users can accumulate points as they make purchases in the establishments. To do this, they only have to show their mobile and the merchants, either by using a barcode reader or by entering the code associated with the user, can add points to them in a fast and intuitive way.

The platform administrators can perform the following tasks completely autonomously:

Since they did not have a website, we proposed to take advantage of the development of the content manager so that they could manage both platforms (web and app) from a single CMS.

Thanks to the fact that we are the trusted agency of the Association, they entrusted us with the development of a project with which to promote family tourism in the province of Albacete, making use of an app with which to turn the map of Albacete into a giant game plan.

For this we created a platform with which you can create tests that users must pass in order to complete each of the gymkhanas. They can also create as many Gymkhanas as they deem appropriate.

The types of tests that must be passed are:

answer a question about what they have in front of them

scan a 3D object that they have to find in their location

With this we get the little ones in the house to act as a lever for their parents and move to locations that they would not normally have gone to.

In addition, including a gamification functionality, users who successfully complete the gymkhana can participate in raffles, in this way all users win, the older ones can win those prizes and the little ones in the house can complete a collection of relics that they are getting as they complete the gymkhanas. Augmented reality is used to see the relics.
