About Roberto

One day I was put to talk to users, and I realized that everything I created was based on requirements and fantasy hypotheses, which did not solve any problem beyond "buy me more, complain less".

I got bored and decided to do something:

- I decided that I didn't want to make digital products that didn't help more than a company.
- I decided that I didn't want to write code without knowing why I had to write it.
- I decided that I wanted to control my time and what I get from it.

So, I started learning very valuable lessons:

- That products grow by how they apply technology to help people.
- That behind every successful solution, there is data to back it up and a little instinct.
- That basing your decisions on "it should work" is synonymous with lacking information.
- That a strategy is not the most important thing, but also how you execute it.
- That growth involves placing the user at the center, observing and understanding them.

We have been very lucky to start working with Robert. He is a great professional who shows that he has a very high mastery in his field, very decisive, fast, attentive and generous.
