I led the comprehensive operation of N1, N2, N3 technology (networks, servers, databases, HelpDesk, and Service Desk), ensuring operational continuity and continuous improvement. I improved the proactive monitoring model and incident management process through key indicators (KPIs). I coordinated and executed DRP tests and the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) along with internal controls. I directed infrastructure optimization strategies, as well as the annual maintenance plan for peak season, aligning technology with business objectives, in addition to inventory management of stations.

I defined and implemented the corporate's technology strategy, aligned with business objectives. I managed the IT infrastructure (on-premise and cloud), including a virtualized datacenter in VMware and backups in Azure, acted as Security Manager, leading corporate cybersecurity and compliance in Mexico and Colombia. I managed the CRM as SysAdmin and coordinated DBA activities, ensuring database availability and performance. I directed the development and implementation of technology projects such as the migration to the Azure cloud, implementation of a datacenter, and supported the development of business projects such as a new line of business such as clinical analysis, COVID tests, and importing a database of new laboratories, improving operational efficiency. In addition, I designed executive dashboards in Power BI for data-driven decision-making. I developed the disaster recovery plan.
