As BIM VDC Manager at JLL, a global leader in real estate services, and its subsidiary Tetris Design & Build, specializing in interior space design and construction, I am responsible for the management and implementation of BIM and VDC processes for projects across the EMEA region (France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, etc.). My role includes coordinating teams of over 500 people, focusing on continuous training and optimization of BIM tools.

Key responsibilities:

Management of the Common Data Environment (CDE), overseeing document control, naming conventions, and problem resolution.

Support and audit of document and information management via Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for stakeholders (designers, contractors).

Training and management of over 500 employees, developing their BIM skills with tools like Revit, Navisworks, and ACC.

Monitoring compliance with ISO 19650 standard to ensure adherence to information management standards.

Research and integration of new technologies to optimize process efficiency and identify innovation opportunities.

Responsible for integrating advanced BIM processes to facilitate design, simulation, and process optimization in Gigafactory production.

BIM Design Management: Coordinating the development of industrial designs using BIM modeling and simulation techniques from the project's inception. My goal is to ensure efficient and optimal design solutions that support the Gigafactory's operational needs and growth through virtual models.

Industrial Process Optimization: I apply BIM to improve industrial processes, increasing operational adaptability and agility through virtual "digital twin" models. This strategy allows for a better response to market demands and adaptation to technological changes.

As BIM Manager at Suez International for the Amaala project in Saudi Arabia, I was responsible for leading the BIM strategy for the development of this new city, aiming to redefine smart and sustainable infrastructure standards. My main mission was to implement BIM management, including the creation of BIM protocols, coordination of BIM teams (France and Philippines), BIM support, and the development of templates, thereby significantly improving the planning, design, and execution of essential water treatment facilities, particularly through the application of advanced techniques such as reverse osmosis. By establishing rigorous BIM protocols and promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration, I guided my team in creating a coherent digital environment, ensuring the correct development of the project during the execution phase.
