As an experienced Senior SAP FI expert and freelance consultant, I have been supporting companies for over two decades in optimizing, migrating, and operationally managing their financial processes.

My specialty: I know both sides of the coin. I am not just an IT consultant who maps processes in the system, but I also bring in-depth, sound expertise from operational accounting and asset accounting. This allows me to speak the language of both the business departments and IT fluently.

SAP FI Focus: Excellent knowledge in the modules FI-AP (Accounts Payable), FI-AR (Accounts Receivable), and especially deep specialization in FI-AA (Asset Accounting) as well as FI-GL (General Ledger).

Process Optimization & Customizing: Analysis of existing finance architectures, correction of system errors, adaptation to legal requirements, and optimization of month-end/year-end closing.

S/4HANA Migration & Rollouts: Support of transformation projects, data cleansing, and legacy data transfer.

Interim Management: Fast, operational support during resource bottlenecks in accounting or for complex large-scale projects in the DAX and corporate environment (e.g., Automotive / Heavy Industry).

Interface Competence: Consulting in the public sector (e.g., TV-V/TVöD contexts) as well as in international corporate structures.

I act as a strategic thinker with a pronounced hands-on mentality. Whether it's about the clean structuring of your master asset data, the implementation of new accounting policies, or bridging a personnel gap – I find pragmatic, audit-proof, and future-oriented solutions.
