Within the Human Factors team and in close collaboration with ergonomists, I redesigned the interface of several human-machine interfaces, while facing significant technical and ergonomic constraints. In parallel, I created a contemporary design interface, highlighting the necessary investment in the user interface, to demonstrate the different possibilities and document the methodology.

As part of the UX/UI team, I participated in several website redesign projects:

- creation of a dynamic and personalized FAQ journey, taking into account factors such as the customer, the time of year, and the status of services. The objective was to provide very quick answers to frequently asked questions and to empower customers in order to reduce the load on telephone customer service.

- redesign of the customer area during a Design Sprint. User tests yielded very positive results for the most consulted journeys. The main difficulty was to design screens capable of responding to a wide variety of offers available for more than 14 million customers.

- implementation of a web Design System. After an audit phase of the site and discussions with technical teams working with different programming languages, we created a "Proof Of Concept" of the Design System.
