Project completed for ABconvoyage in 2 weeks: complete development of a web platform, a marketplace dedicated to vehicle transport, connecting clients and transporters in a fully automated manner.

The project includes the full-stack design and development (frontend + backend) of a complete system with a secure database, user management, login and registration system, as well as a dedicated client and transporter area.

The platform operates as a true marketplace inspired by models like DriveeMe, allowing clients to post vehicle transport missions and transporters to accept them directly online. Each mission is automatically published and accessible according to defined criteria.

An integrated payment system has been implemented to secure transactions between clients and transporters, with automated financial flow management on the platform side.

A comprehensive administration module allows for supervision of all activities: user management, mission validation, transaction tracking, and overall system control.

An intelligent pricing calculator has been developed to generate automatic quotes based on several parameters (distance, vehicle type, transport conditions). This system allows for quick and reliable price estimation for clients.

An artificial intelligence integration has also been implemented to assist in dispute management, analyze situations, and propose appropriate solutions to improve trust and fluidity on the platform.

The entire project has been designed with a scalable architecture, a modern interface, and a user experience optimized for both mobile and desktop.

This project demonstrates the ability to design a complex and automated SaaS platform from A to Z in just 2 weeks, combining advanced web development, marketplace functionality, and online payments.

Project completed in 48 hours for a taxi driver: complete creation of a showcase website optimized for conversion and local visibility.

The main objective was to provide the client with a professional online presence capable of generating calls and ride requests quickly, while automating quote request management as much as possible.

The site was designed with a performance and natural referencing (SEO) oriented approach. An optimized structure was implemented to position the site for local searches related to taxi services in the Île-de-France region. This includes optimization of tags, content, loading speed, and overall site architecture to facilitate indexing by search engines.

In parallel, comprehensive work was done on the client's local presence with the creation and optimization of a Google Business profile. This improves visibility on Google Maps and in local searches, increasing the chances of being contacted by clients located nearby or searching for a taxi in the region.

One of the major features of the project is quote automation. An intelligent pricing system was developed based on a database of cities in the Île-de-France region. Users can thus obtain an automatic estimate of their ride cost based on the starting and destination points. This automation reduces manual exchanges, speeds up decision-making, and improves the user experience.
