Role: Managing the strategy and deployment of industrial applications and digital solutions across EMEA.

• Defining and managing the roadmap for Industry 4.0 & data-driven applications
• Deploying key solutions across EMEA (CMMS, MES, reporting, supply chain tools)
• Aligning business, operations, and IT teams to support standardization and digital transformation
• Managing the evolution of the Industry 4.0 systems architecture across the following layers: OT, application, enterprise (SAP, IBP), and analytics

Key Projects & Achievements

• CMMS (ongoing | budget ~$580k | team 10 | ~1800 users). Multi-site Connected Worker platform integrated with SAP → improved planning, traceability, maintenance, and cost optimization. Deployed in 7 out of 17 plants.
• LEO (Line Empty Out) ($85k | team 5 | ~1800 users). Quality control system reducing non-compliance risks and financial exposure.
• IBP Integration (ongoing). Automation of planning and forecasting via SAP.

Role: Designing, developing, and deploying multi-site industrial applications in EMEA.

• Managing the delivery of 5 core applications covering maintenance, quality, operations, and supply chain
• Deploying solutions across 17 sites (6 already in production: UK, Spain, Dubai, Germany, Slovakia, France)
• Contributing to the implementation of integrated systems connecting SAP, PLC/shopfloor data, and analytics platforms
• Standardizing processes and data across the group
• Translating business needs into use cases, functional specifications, mockups, and solution designs
• Coordinating internal teams and external partners (development, integration, infrastructure readiness, SOX compliance, deployment)
• Contributing to digital transformation initiatives including industrial data analysis via AI (downtime, losses, scrap)

Role: Supporting the commissioning and ramp-up of a new industrial site.

• Participating in the commissioning and validation of production lines → rapid attainment of customer certifications (Heineken, Coca-Cola)
• Defining operational performance standards (yield, losses, material consumption…)
• Improving processes through data analysis and problem-solving.
