The MES HR Reporting project is part of the modernization and optimization of HR data management within EDF. The main objective of the project was to centralize and validate HR reporting to provide HR teams and managers with a consolidated, real-time view of key indicators.

Hello One and Hello Prime, two new digital banking packages aimed at strengthening the competitiveness and digitalization of the Hello bank! offering. The main objective of the project was to ensure end-to-end quality of the customer journey, from subscription to card issuance and usage, in a multi-channel and agile environment. Writing and updating the functional acceptance strategy according to business and technical requirements. Analysis of functional specifications and detailed design of test cases. Setup and creation of the test database for non-regression test campaigns (TNR). Extraction and preparation of data sets required for validation phases. Management of the complete acceptance campaign process (preparation, execution, validation). Monitoring the production and activation of bank cards (Hello One and Hello Prime). Performing in-depth functional checks: verification of selfcare and operations systems (SO). Geoblocking and security control tests on cards. Validation of transactions within and outside the Eurozone. Checking bank authorizations and transactions. Reporting, tracking, and prioritizing anomalies using HP ALM Quality Center. Monitoring progress reporting and daily communication with project and business teams. Active participation in daily meetings for sprint and delivery tracking. Writing the acceptance test report validating the conformity of the tested scope.

I joined the quality team within the BPCE group's regulatory compliance program, aiming to automate the production and quality of financial reports transmitted to the ECB. Analysis of functional needs and writing of test cases from functional specifications. Design of test plans and definition of data sets needed for validating processing. Execution and monitoring of functional acceptance testing using SQUASH Test Management tool. In-depth data analysis, flow verification, and execution of complex SQL queries using SQL Developer. Monitoring and analysis of rejections, identification of anomalies, qualification, and transmission to development teams. Regular reporting of test campaign progress and active participation in project monitoring committees. Writing acceptance test reports, campaign summaries, and validating deliverables before production deployment. Participation in the Non-Regression Test (TNR) campaign on the satellite functions of the TRT system. Contribution to the implementation of best practices for testing and campaign organization in Squash.
