Rihab, Master's degree (Bac+5) from Montpellier Business School, specializing in digital marketing.

+ 10 years of experience in B2C e-commerce, acting as a versatile resource for VSEs/SMEs in various sectors: health, tourism, combat sports, decoration, and ready-to-wear. Most of these companies have physical points of sale (up to 13 stores), requiring the implementation of 360° communication strategies.

Whether alone or in a team that I recruited and managed (3 to 6 people), with or without external service providers, and with budgets ranging from €2,000 to €200,000, I managed 4 website launches and 2 redesigns. I managed sites generating up to €4 million in annual revenue (Dragon Bleu), with catalogs ranging from 200 to 2,000 products.

I developed the B2B ticketing order service on the Paris Tourist Office website, live chat functionalities, and click & collect for Dragon Bleu/Venum. I also established a customization service for decorative items on tablets in-store for the brand Tag It With Love and Fun from Grand Comptoir. I implemented the content creation strategy for Charles le Golf (photo shoots, blog articles, presentation brochures, in-store POS materials, etc.).
