Development of Python scrapers continuously collecting public tender notices from various platforms (REST API, BeautifulSoup/lxml, Playwright for protected sites), with Teams / Discord notifications and fault tolerance.

Infrastructure - Deployment of a headless Debian 13 Trixie server: SSH hardening, UFW firewall, setting up a Tailscale VPN tunnel (WireGuard).

Containerization - Migration of all services to Podman (OCI images, Quadlets systemd), with management of persistent volumes and isolated networks.

Monitoring - Prometheus / Grafana Stack (node-exporter, podman-exporter): host and container metrics, dashboards, PromQL queries.

Infrastructure as Code - Git versioning of the infrastructure + complete technical documentation from Gitbook.
