Within Dassault Systèmes' IT department, the Order To Cash (OTC) organization is responsible for the Customer flow from order to collection, including contracts, invoices, and license key generation. The team is responsible for the evolution, support, and maintenance of the implemented BI solution to ensure customer order tracking.

Missions:

• Develop, maintain, improve, and optimize ETL flows and BI solutions on 'DSx Client Order' Datamarts (specific to 3DS) for integrating customer orders from Oracle PeopleSoft.

• Participate in drafting needs assessments, technical documents, and unit tests

• Maintenance (evolutionary and corrective) and creation of reports (Webi) and universes (UDT, IDT)

• Ensure production support for evolutions delivered after each drop (monthly)

• Ensure the smooth running and optimization of daily data loading chains

• Migration of universes. unv to .unx: Preliminary impact analysis with 360Eyes

• Conversion of universes to UNX format

• Test and verify the proper functioning of new universes, correct anomalies

• Migrate existing reports to new universes with 360View

• Test the proper functioning of reports and compare results before and after migration with 360View.

• Rights management

Context:

Maintain and evolve the data warehouse to provide the necessary indicators for monitoring promotional activity. Regular publication of figures as the company is publicly traded.

Missions:

• Requirements gathering, techno-functional design, technical implementation (ensuring the quality of both data and reporting)

• Evolution and creation of universes (IDT) and reports (Webi)

• Report scheduling and publication

• Ensure the smooth running and optimization of daily data loading chains

• Team management (composed of 3 consultants): Activity and project progress monitoring

• Task allocation

• Manage the team's schedule to meet delivery deadlines

• Administration tasks: Ensure the proper functioning of the BO platform (performance, versioning, regular backups…)

• Management of rights and profiles (BO)

• Installation of new BO servers (BI4.3)

• Study and implementation of the migration of BO servers from version BI4.2 to BI4.3

Environment:

Business Objects: BI 4.2 / BI 4.3 ODI: 11g and 12c Oracle Databases: 12c / PostgreSQL 13

Context:

Provide the necessary indicators and reports for the various business teams.

• The mission is carried out as part of a migration to a new reservation system.
