LUIGI Program (Level Up Infrastructure of the Group + IBFS)

Transformation of SG entities: Migrate infrastructure to GTS, apply group standard processes, and open GTS services to entities.

Scope: Tooling & Operation Stream / Entities: BRD & BRD Assu Romania, CGI France.

Operations: Incidents, Problems, Crises, Changes, Resilience, Capacity, Obsolescence

Tooling: Monitoring, Scheduling

Identity & Workplace: Migration of entity resources to GTS AD, to benefit from group services (Workplace Services, Nova Workstation)

Study Phase:

- Data Collection: Collection and understanding of the entity's existing situation

- Workshops for sharing GTS processes/tools + Definition of the target

- Drafting of the regulatory file

Execution Phase:

- Entity Onboarding

- Weekly monitoring and alert reporting

Internal GTS Committee:

- Daily meeting, entity status, Extended meeting, Opco, Steerco.

- Monitoring & Scheduling

Steering a team of PM/PMO + Joint Committees with the client

- Monitoring the skills development of new PM/PMO during the first 6 months

- Ensuring the team's compliance with BP2I processes and verifying the correct updating of project indicators

- Monthly Steering Committee of the ATG:

Support preparation: Calculation of commitment and performance indicators, financial tracking update, Continuous Improvement Plan, Team feedback on BP2I processes, action tracking

Animation of the Joint Committee and Minutes

Responsible for steering their project portfolio and meeting commitments, while respecting deadlines, deliverable quality, budget control, and risk management.

- Administer/Organize a project portfolio according to portfolio management methodology (150 projects)

- Ensure the management of a project portfolio and guarantee its follow-up: Qualification/CSP/Monthly Review/Steering Committee

- Collection of remarkable projects from business units to build the Roadmap

- Coordinate project teams + manage communication with clients

- Continuous Improvement: Transformation and process improvement

Portfolio budget monitoring: Monthly consumption + Commitment + Year-end forecast (Consumption of 10,000 person-days)
