Thanks to my extensive background in various management roles, as well as my experience as CEO of my own international project management and training consultancy, I can bring high added value in positions such as Business Director, Business Development Director, Operations Director, PMO Director, Trainer and Senior Consultant.

I have worked in both large multinational companies and SMEs, taking direct responsibility for leading activities or collaborating on a temporary basis as strategic support for those in these positions. A typical initial assignment involves conducting an assessment to evaluate the current state of the organization, identify improvement opportunities, and define a structured action plan.

I am fully bilingual in Spanish, English, and Swedish, and hold two master's degrees: an MSc and an EMBA.
