Strategic mission within the Group Finance Department, with a transverse Solution Lead role. Objective: to ensure the reliability of Finance/IT flows (France/Canada), strengthen functional documentation, and secure the path towards SAP S/4.

Key missions:

• End-to-end scoping of Finance/IT flows: analysis and mapping of processing chains (Plug & Sell → ETL → SAP/ODMASS/SAX → accounting entries → OSFI regulatory reporting)

• Verification of automations and inter-tool mapping: control of mapping rules between Plug & Sell and SAP, validation of the consistency of generated entries and IT/Finance dependencies

• Technical contribution (DBA/Python expertise): participation in the validation of automated scripts, understanding of data transformation logic, support in analyzing rejections and corrections via SQL/Python

• Documentation structuring and governance: drafting functional specifications, scoping notes, processing procedures, and anomaly documentation

• Closing optimization: identification of repetitive manual tasks, support for IT teams in ensuring automation reliability and reducing closing times

• International coordination: leading Finance/IT workshops with France and Canada, clear reporting to management, transverse Data & Accounting referent role

Within the Finance Department: NOSICA accounting team: General Accounting application that allows recording financial movements affecting the company's resources and uses according to accounting principles, in order to establish regulatory accounting documents.
