I am a Strategy & Process Manager with a business background and over 7 years of experience in process management, business analytics, and project management. I am currently working as Manager Strategy & Process at Delta-Sport Handelskontor GmbH in Hamburg, where I analyze, optimize, and digitize cross-departmental processes and develop strategic decision proposals for management.

My strengths lie in my quick comprehension, analytical thinking, and high willingness to learn. I work proactively, solution-oriented, and bring a broad fundamental knowledge of business, IT, and law. In addition to in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and ERP systems such as Microsoft Navision, I am very familiar with modern tools like SharePoint and various AI solutions.

Whether it's reporting and data preparation, presentation creation, or general project management – I support companies in making their processes more efficient and successful.
